We were glad to have you both aboard, it was fun. And before you ask, you cannot take Guincha home with you, just let that one go. And the docking is really pretty easy on these boats, you will have it down in no time at all. See you in Miami!S/V Saltrunhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09791427026161962610noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4232243787030387033.post-83924646926960603302014-12-20T19:40:13.481-05:002014-12-20T19:40:13.481-05:00Great description of a wild 28 hours...or was it 3...Great description of a wild 28 hours...or was it 39 hours??!! Night watch does take some getting used to especially when there was absolutely no moon to speak of...well, at least on our watch there wasn't any. Such good experience and it made Brandon and I feel a little bit "Salt-ier" !! And I don't think you bragged on yourself as much as I would have with that awesome docking ability.....I mean, seriously....two poles sticking up that were about as far apart as you boat is long....one boat on one side of the pole facing in...the other boat on the other side of the pylon facing out....you had to pull in between the pylons...and hug up to the dock sideways!! I would have had diagrams, and aerial shots of the spot - anyway...great job Captain...with the whole trip and the docking.
